On Friday 11 September 2026, we welcomed Prof. Fátima Vieira (University of Porto) to discuss Relational Micro-Utopias – What happens to utopian thinking when the future no longer feels like a distant horizon, but seems increasingly absorbed into the present? Could the future of our cities already be emerging through small, relational transformations? And, if so, to what extent are these relational micro-utopias capable of transforming the societies in which they emerge and expanding the boundaries of what is possible?
The first Late Afternoon Talk of this academic year was organized in collaboration with CECC and brought together students, researchers and Professors in our community.
